Daqo Group Co., Ltd. mainly engages in the industries of Electrical, New Energy, Power Electronics, Components, etc. It has established 6 pro-duction bases, 4 research institutes, and 32 manufacturing companies nationwide. Currently, it has dozens of foreign branches.

We have undertaken and implemented 160 national and provincial-level scientific and technological projects, led and participated in the development of 82 national, industry, and group standards; obtained 2158 effective patents, among which 375 are invention patents. Daqo Group won the second prize of the State Technological Innovation Award in 2016, the first prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2017, the special prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2019.

Daqo Group has two wholly-owned subsidiaries specializing in transformer design and manufacturing: Nanjing Daqo Transformer Co., Ltd. and Zhenjiang Daqo Power Transformer Co., Ltd. The two companies are introduced as follows:

Nanjing Daqo Transformer Co., Ltd.

Nanjing Daqo Transformer Co., Ltd. was established in 2004. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daqo Group, specializing in the design and manufacture of transformers. It is also one of the leading transformer manufacturers in the world in terms of technology and craftsmanship. The company has a registered capital of USD 15 million, covers an area of 50,000 square meters, and has over 600 employees. It produces 12,000 transformers annually, with a capacity of 15 million kVA. The total number of transformers in operation throughout society has reached 100,000.

The company has always adhered to innovation as the driving force for its development. It has achieved a series of research and development results at the advanced level of the industry in the field of distribution transformers and has established a relatively complete technical and product system. At the same time, the company takes data as the core driving force and conducts full life cycle data management of production and manufacturing, achieving digital design, production and operation. Zhenjiang Daqo Power Transformer Co.,Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Daqo Group, specializing in the design and manufacturing of transformers.

The company was established in 2023, with a registered capital of USD 32 million, covering an area of 112 acres, has more than 300 employees, and with an annual capacity of 10,000 units.

Zhenjiang Daqo Power Transformer Co., Ltd. has revolutionized the traditional manufacturing model by deeply integrating modern digital technologies with the manufacturing industry. Relying on advanced technologies such as internet technology, big data, cloud computing and edge computing, artificial intelligence, digital twin technology, 5G communication, and AR/VR, the company has achieved automatic data transmission between people, machines, and systems. These technologies enable the calculation, matching, storage, analysis, feedback, and optimization of process data.
