Daqo Group Debuts at Distribu TECH 2025, Highlighting Advanced Grid Solutions in U.S. Market

From March 25 to 27, 2025, the Distribu TECH 2025 Exhibition was held grandly at the Dallas Convention Center. Daqo Group made its first appearance at this largest and most influential power industry event in North America. On the first day alone, daqo group’s booth welcomed over 40 groups of global clients for cooperation discussions.

Gathering of Global Giants, Demonstrating Technical Strength

On the opening day, Daqo’s booth attracted visitors spanning the entire power industry value chain, including internationally renowned companies such as Siemens Energy, ABB, Eaton, G&W Electric, and Grape Solar Inc. (USA), as well as representatives from national power utilities in Brazil, Turkey, Canada, and other countries, alongside domestic partners. Attendees showed strong interest in Daqo Group’s latest technological solutions in renewable energy grid integration, smart distribution, and digital grid systems, with multiple international enterprises expressing intentions for on-site collaboration.

Tech-Driven, Towards a Zero-Carbon Future

At this exhibition, under the theme “Green Efficiency · Smart Creation of the Future”, Daqo Group highlighted its new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving oil-immersed transformers and dry-type transformers, and other core products. Daqo Group independently developed new generation of high-efficiency energy-saving oil-immersed transformers, which utilized high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets for the core. Manufactured with an advanced fully automated cutting and stacking production line, these transformers ensure precise dimensional accuracy and minimal burrs in the formed silicon steel components. By employing positioned stacking and non-yoke stacking technology, the core structure significantly reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and operational noise. Through modular processes and optimized automated production, product delivery time has been shortened by 60% compared to traditional methods, effectively meeting the urgent North American market demand for high-efficiency and low-carbon equipment.
