The Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC) is a world-class venue for conferences and exhibitions, located in the heart of Bangkok. As Thailand’s premier exhibition facility, it is the country’s first integrated exhibition center capable of hosting large-scale trade shows and a diverse range of conferences. With a total area of 272,000 square meters, BITEC offers 50,400 square meters of dedicated exhibition space, featuring 19 flexible halls that can be configured to meet specific event requirements. Adopting an integrated design, the sensors, intelligent controller, and switching unit are deeply embedded into a unified system. The controller utilizes a lightweight operating system to monitor operational parameters such as current, voltage, power quality, contact temperature, actuation current, and connection status. It continuously evaluates both mechanical and electrical service life. With support for multiple communication protocols—including Bluetooth, RS485, 4G, 5G, and NFC—the device enables seamless integration with smart terminals, PCs, and cloud platforms for flexible local and remote monitoring and management, meeting diverse customer customization requirements.

2. Oil-Immersed Transformers

The core production utilizes Germany’s Georg fully automated intelligent cutting, stacking, and assembly line. Compared to traditional manual stacking methods, this advanced process reduces transformer noise by 5dB and no-load losses by 5%.

Equipped with a digital monitoring unit, it enables real-time tracking of voltage, current, load rate, winding temperature, load loss, and remaining service life. The system provides full lifecycle management capabilities, ensuring healthy and reliable operation of the transformer.

3. Dry-Type Transformers

Incorporating advanced technology from Germany’s HTT and DuPont USA, this transformer utilizes imported Class H epoxy resin with fillers and Class C NOMEX paper insulation materials. The core is constructed with high-permeability cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel, offering advantages such as low loss and low noise levels. The no-load loss is approximately 10% lower than the industry standard for the SCB series. Through optimized coil structure design, the internal electric field distribution is improved, resulting in minimal partial discharge.

4. UDQ Intelligent Medium-Voltage Switchgear

Designed for high safety, reliability, and broad applicability, this switchgear features a fully metal-clad, enclosed structure with comprehensive mechanical safety interlocking, enabling safe operation behind closed and locked doors. It allows rapid closing of earthing switches for safe grounding on both cable and busbar sides, ensuring maintenance safety. Complies with international and domestic standards, including IEC 62271-200, GB/T 3906, DL/T 404, and GB/T 11022.

5. Intelligent Low-Voltage Switchgear

Originating from the classic design of Germany’s Moeller, this switchgear offers robust construction, flexible configuration, and user-friendly operation. It complies with IEC 61439-2:2011 and GB/T 7251.12-2023 standards, and has passed type tests, seismic tests, simulated transport tests, and arc containment tests. The product holds multiple certifications including CCC, CE, CB, ASTA, CNNC XINGYUAN, CCS and so on. It is suitable for application as a power distribution center, motor control center, or centralized power and lighting control system, and offers a service life of over 30 years.

It offers flexible high-voltage and low-voltage configuration options and features a high level of automation.
