Enhancing Quality Awareness Through Practical Training
On September 15th, Nanjing Daqo Transformer Co., Ltd. and Zhenjiang Daqo Power Transformer Co., Ltd. jointly launched a quality month special training program through an “on-site + video” format, conducting a themed learning session titled “Reviewing Typical Issues and Strengthening Quality Awareness.”
The training was conducted using a “problem pictures + cause analysis + rectification enlightenment” approach, breaking down cases from multiple perspectives, analyzing quality risk points, formulating rectification plans, and enhancing employees’ quality control capabilities.
Strengthening Quality Control and Continuous Improvement
The general manager emphasized that the review process should form a complete closed-loop for problem-solving, requiring strict implementation of rectification measures, enhanced training and assessment, and clear reward and punishment mechanisms.
Subsequently, each department of the two companies will take this review training as a new starting point, continuously improving and perfecting standard norms, optimizing process control and accountability tracing, and promoting stronger quality awareness among all employees. This initiative lays a solid foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
